Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren – a native of Sharon Hill – will be honored on Sunday, August 21 during a Noon-1:30 PM ceremony at Borough Hall.

Duren, a 6 ft-11 center and the 13th overall pick in the 2022 NBA draft, will be presented with a citation and a receive a key to the borough.

Next year, Sharon Hill will be organizing the Jalen Duren Basketball League for the Sharon Hill community.
