Sharon Hill Borough Council will honor lifelong Sharon Hill resident Jean Shiber with a resolution at the borough council meeting on Thursday, April 18.

Mrs. Shiber, who passed away on February 16, 2024 at the age of 91, was a lifelong resident and active participant in the Sharon Hill community. She married Howard F. Shiber Sr. in 1955. A 1950 graduate of Sharon Hill High School, she was a founding member of the Sharon Hill Historical Society and co-authored a book about Sharon Hill as well.

State Representative David Delloso will be making a presentation and remarks in honor of Mrs. Shiber during the April 18 meeting, which takes place at 7:00 PM in Borough Council Chambers.
