Beginning with the first train Saturday morning August 20th through end of service on Sunday, August 28th SEPTA shuttle buses will replace all Route 101 & 102 Trolleys between 69th Street Transportation Center and Media (Orange Street) & Sharon Hill Station. Customers should plan for approximately 15 minutes of additional travel time and look for signage at stations for bus boarding locations.
During this outage, SEPTA and 3rdparty contractors will be testing trolleys and signals from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily between Drexel Hill Junction (Drexel Hill) and Orange Street (Media). When not in use, trolleys will be staged at Woodland Ave. Station (Springfield) and will be shut down overnight to avoid nighttime idling
