SHARON HILL BOROUGH ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE OF HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sharon Hill Zoning Hearing Board will meet in the Council Chambers of Sharon Hill Borough Hall, 250 Sharon Avenue, Sharon Hill, PA 19070, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. for a hearing on each of the following applications:

Case No. 2026-03. Applicant: Victor Sebastian Azogue
Property: 318 Sharon Avenue located in the R2 Residence District.
The Applicant seeks a special exception to allow for the conversion of a single family residence into a two-unit dwelling pursuant to Sections 402 and 1105 of the Zoning Ordinance.

Case No. 2026-04. Applicant: Firew Sileshi and/or F&M LLC
Property: 1308 Chester Pike, Unit #3 located in the C Commercial District.
The Applicant seeks a special exception to allow for the operation of a vehicle repair facility pursuant to Section 602(7) of the Zoning Ordinance, any variances that may be required to accommodate the required number of off-street parking spaces for such use and any other necessary zoning relief.

All interested parties are invited to attend and appear before the Zoning Hearing Board.
