According to a recent report in the Philadelphia Business Journal, Sharon Hill’s ZIP code has been projected to see a 3.4 percent increase in home values during 2024. The prediction is the third-highest projection in Delaware County, and is one of the top 15 in the entire Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The article notes that the Zillow Home Value Index projection for 2024 lists the 19079 ZIP code (which includes parts of Darby Township) as one of four Delaware County ZIP codes expected to see home values rise between 3.4% and 3.8% during 2024. Joining 19079 on the list are 19023 (Collingdale/Darby), 19013 (Chester), and 19082 (Upper Darby).

The Zillow projection is based on relevant property data including sales, taxes, square footage and location.
